Guest lecture topics
I could deliver lectures on environmental science, soil and water chemistry, and sustainability. My areas of expertise include the effects of plastics and microplastics on soil systems, the use of biochar in environmental management, phosphorus transport from soil to water, soil and water quality, and sustainable approaches to managing environmental pollution. I would also be happy to tailor a lecture to the subject matter and learning objectives of a particular course.
Teaching experience
As a postdoctoral researcher, I regularly communicate scientific concepts and research findings through presentations, discussions, and collaboration with students, researchers, and faculty members. My research experience has enabled me to explain complex environmental processes clearly and connect scientific theory with practical applications. I am seeking additional classroom lecturing opportunities to further develop my formal teaching experience.
Interests & speaking style
I am passionate about teaching and sharing scientific knowledge with students. My lecturing style is clear, engaging, and application-oriented. I use research findings, real-world environmental issues, and practical examples to help students understand how scientific concepts apply beyond the classroom. I also encourage questions and discussion to create an interactive learning environment.
