Interests & speaking style

I am passionate about helping students understand how programme governance, PMOs and executive decision-making operate in practice. My objective is to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world delivery by sharing practical frameworks, lessons learned and experiences from complex capital programmes across global organisations. My teaching style is energetic, interactive and discussion-led. I encourage questions, challenge conventional thinking and create an open environment where students can explore how governance, risk, change and leadership influence programme outcomes. I am particularly motivated by helping students connect theoretical concepts with the realities of delivery and inspiring the next generation of project and programme leaders.
