Visiting Lecturer of Communication

About this position

ADA University’s School of Public and International Affairs (SPIA) is seeking a dynamic professional for a full-time Visiting Lecturer of Communication position for the Fall 2026 semester (September–December). This is an ideal role for a candidate passionate about communication and media, as the position is entirely teaching-focused and carries no research obligations. This appointment may be renewed. The selected candidate will receive a monthly stipend of USD 2,000, along with additional benefits including round-trip economy-class airfare and free housing. Responsibilities Teach two undergraduate courses in the field of communication and media during the Fall 2026 semester. Contribute to the school community by providing committee work and guidance to students. Requirements M.A. in a relevant field from an accredited institution; a Ph.D. is preferred. Demonstrated experience in designing and teaching courses. Proficiency in spoken and written English. Strong commitment to teaching excellence and community engagement.
