USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub app Keene State College is seeking an Adjunct Hourly Instructor for Film Studies. Duties/Responsibilities You are expected to meet all classes, give examinations, submit all grades as provided by Keene State College policies and calendar, and provide reasonable time for out-of-class conferences with students. In the event the campus requires instruction to be delivered by remote/distance/online modes for safety concerns, you are expected to maintain all classes and regular contact with students and the administration. All faculty are encouraged to provide regular updates and frequent feedback to students regarding their learning and performance in class(es). Requirements Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience: MFA in Film, Video, Digital Cinema or a related field 2-4 years college-level teaching experience Expert knowledge of mirrorless and digital cinema cameras, digital sound recording, lighting and grip equipment, and all related post-production workflows (editing with 4K proxies, color grading LOG and RAW footage, sound mixing/design) Experience with and ability to teach a collaborative approach to filmmaking, focused on the individual responsibilities of each role in a small film crew (director, cinematographer, sound mixer, gaffer, and editor/colorist) as well as the way members of the crew work together (communication skills, conflict resolution skills, etc.) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Expert knowledge of mirrorless and digital cinema cameras, digital sound recording, lighting and grip equipment, and all related post-production workflows (editing with 4K proxies, color grading LOG and RAW footage, sound mixing/design) Ability to teach a collaborative approach to filmmaking, focused on the individual responsibilities of each role in a small film crew (director, cinematographer, sound mixer, gaffer, and editor/colorist) as well as the way members of the crew work together (comm
