Its mission is explicitly linked to providing routes to educational success for underrepresented and first-generation college students. A commitment to this mission is a preferred qualification. Minimum requirements are an M.A or higher in Spanish or a related field. Priority will be given to candidates with training in Spanish Language Teaching and experience and success in teaching Spanish at an American university. Ph. D. or ABD is a preferred qualification. So too is experience teaching Spanish Language. Duties: Duties include teaching eight Spanish courses per academic year across three quarters, with specific course assignments varying slightly from year
