ABOUT THE POSITION Long Beach City College is seeking qualified part-time faculty to teach in the discipline of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The AI curriculum supports the College's Associate in Science degree in AI for Digital Transformation and its stackable certificate pathways, a Career Technical Education program designed to prepare learners from all backgrounds for an AI-enabled workforce. The program is intentionally no-code/low-code first and ethics-forward. Coursework emphasizes the applied, workplace-relevant use of artificial intelligence rather than software engineering and is designed to be accessible to students without a computer science background.
