JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS The Management & Organization Department within the Smeal College of Business is seeking applicants for a part-time teaching assistant for Instructor Lesser's MGMT 365 course for the Fall 2026 semester. Job duties to include: Attend each class period and track student attendance and participation. Assist with grading assignments, including entering scores and feedback into a rubric based on the assignment criteria, as well as providing more substantive topic-focused recommendations on areas for improvement. Perform technical and administrative tasks as needed (e.g., uploading materials to the course Canvas platform, compiling peer feedback into reports, assembling materials for class activities) Additional teaching-related tasks as assigned Requirements, qualifications, and/or competencies: Must have taken MGMT 365 in 2025/2026 school year The starting rate for this job is $15/hour based on experience.
