Job Description: Function of Position: Instructional Training Consultants prepare and teach courses in Workforce Development Training for non-credit basic supervisory skills training, business communication, customer service, and conflict management. This includes development of new educational materials, assessment of student learning, and delivery of instruction for supervisory skills. Classes are held both in-person at the downtown campus and/or online. Instructors report to the Director of Operations and the Manager, Corporate College.
