NO STATE OF GEORGIA BENEFITS. Job Description: Responsibilities: Identify student goals and design an appropriate program to address goals. Conduct assessments in reading, mathematics, and language in accordance with the appropriate assessment systems in order to ascertain the academic strengths and weaknesses of participants. Develop individualized plans of study for each participant in the program. Plan and deliver effective and comprehensive adult education instruction based on the appropriate curriculum guides and the needs of the population to be served. Plan, develop, and implement lessons that require the usage of higher-order thinking skills by the population served. Monitor and evaluate student progress for the purpose of determining and implementing modifications to the student's original individualized program of study. Perform other duties as assigned.
