In this remote role, you will have the opportunity to shape the next generation of imaging professionals, directly impacting student success from anywhere in the country. Key Responsibilities As an Online Instructor, you will be at the heart of our students' educational journey. Your primary duties will include: - Student-Centered Instruction: Facilitate engaging and effective online learning for a full teaching load (24 credits/semester or approximately 100 students per class sequence), fostering an environment where students can thrive. - Drive Student Success: Provide timely, constructive feedback on assignments and offer additional support to students struggling with course material, maintaining a student success rate of 70% or higher across all courses. - Proactive Student Support: Actively support student retention and engagement by identifying and reaching out to students who are falling behind, providing guidance via phone and email. - Support Graduate Achievement: Champion our graduates' success by assisting with ARRT exam preparation efforts, including offering tutoring and support to recent graduates. - Academic Advising: Advise students on their academic progress, course participation and strategies for success. - Curriculum Excellence: Collaborate with program leadership on curriculum reviews, updates, and the implementation of program goals. - Professional Collaboration: Attend and actively contribute to program advisory board meetings and faculty meetings. - Grading
