Responsibilities* Instructional Aide (Eligibility: Undergraduate Students, Non-Students)Assist in teaching courses Preparing instructional materials Managing Canvas site Give laboratory or clinical demonstrations Prepare, administer, and grade subjective and objective examinations and assignments Lecture and lead laboratory and recitation sections. May interact with students regarding course content or grades Required Qualifications*Undergraduate in good academic standing with knowledge of the subject matter. OR Non-UM Student with Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology This position is not open to current University of Michigan graduate students. Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology 1+ years of experience in an administrative or program support role, especially in higher education. Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular business hours to support events. Must have a basic understanding of web accessibility guidelines. Course Description This course focuses on how to apply information analysis to real-world problems. It introduces students to analyzing data in python, using frameworks such as pandas and matplotlib.
