Minimum Qualifications · Commitment to serving diverse student populations and non-traditional learners. · Ability to effectively teach in online, hybrid, hyflex, and/or face-to-face learning environments. · Experience with online instruction, instructional technologies, or Quality Matters standards (leans toward experience but is typically treated as a functional competency/skill in postings). · Demonstrated commitment to innovation, inclusive teaching, mentorship, and applied learning practices. *Virginia State University requires that faculty be appropriately credentialed to teach assigned courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
