Description Summary The Applied Behavior Analysis Program within the School of Health Sciences at Regis College invites applications for an adjunct faculty pool to teach graduate-level courses in the online Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis program. The program is accredited by the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) and prepares students to become competent, ethical, and culturally responsive behavior analysts. Adjunct faculty members provide high-quality online instruction, engage students in the scientific and practical foundations of behavior analysis, and contribute to an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Course assignments are based on program needs and the instructor's area of expertise. Essential Functions Teach assigned graduate-level online courses in applied behavior analysis. Maintain subject-matter expertise and ensure that course instruction reflects current behavior-analytic research, ethical standards, and professional practices. Prepare for and facilitate engaging online instruction using the university's approved course materials and learning-management system. Review course content and recommend updates as needed to maintain academic rigor, accuracy, and alignment with program objectives and accreditation requirements. Provide clear, timely, and meaningful feedback on assignments and assessments in accordance with university and program expectations. Maintain an active presence in the online classroom and respond to student questions and communications within established timeframes. Evaluate student performance fairly and consistently, maintain accurate course records, and submit grades by published deadlines.
