Job Description: Title: Adjunct Instructor, Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing (Prison Education Program) Unit: DCE Adjunct Faculty Department: Academic Affairs, Business Reports to: Dean of Business, Legal Studies, Public Service & Education Date: July 23, 2026 General Summary: Middlesex Community College is seeking qualified and passionate adjunct faculty to teach Business courses - including Entrepreneurship, General Business, and Marketing - within the College's Prison Education Program (PEP) at the Billerica House of Correction, offered in partnership with the Middlesex Sheriff's Office. This position is exclusively in-person, with all instruction delivered on-site at the correctional facility. Course assignments are based on enrollment and program needs. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering curriculum that aligns with program standards, workforce needs, and transfer pathways, while adapting instruction to the correctional education environment.
