• Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Earned Master’s or PhD in English or a related field
• This could include coursework, pedagogy workshops, or other types of training
• Personal Attributes and Traits: Good classroom presence and ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds
• Enthusiasm about teaching writing
• Interest in professional growth and in learning more about writing pedagogy
