Vanguard University Position Summary The Department of English invites applications for its Adjunct Faculty Pool. This pool supports the university's ongoing need for qualified adjunct instructors to teach undergraduate courses in composition and related English disciplines, as departmental needs arise. Courses include ENGL 120C and 220C: Persuasive Writing and Researched Writing. Minimum Qualifications Earned advanced degree in English, Literature, Writing, or Composition and RhetoricExcellent oral and written language skillsOutstanding Christian characterAbility to work effectively with diverse populations Salary The following salary range reflects compensation paid for a 3-unit course (144 total hours) and varies based on the faculty member's highest earned degree.
