About this position
We are seeking Adjunct Faculty to teach in the Human Services/Pre-Social Work program. Courses are available in-person during the traditional 15-week semester. Classes meet one or two times a week during the morning, afternoon, and evening. Examples of DutiesTeach assigned classes in accordance with the College's academic calendar and approved syllabi Meet all scheduled class sessions Maintain and report accurate student grade and attendance records using approved procedures and systems. Participate in assessment activities in support of the PCCC institutional effectiveness program. Utilize the appropriate technology, including the College's student learning platform, to fulfill teaching duties. QualificationsMaster's degree in appropriate field is required College-level teaching experience required; community college preferred Experience in distant learning modalities preferred The completion of a background check will be required for the selected candidate. Compensation: The pay for this position is $996 per credit taught.
