Functional Description : Adjunct faculty coordinate with a DDG Regional Chief Instructor to provide instructional services for the ECDEP seminars. The candidate must possess the requisite skills, experience, and abilities to lead discussions, grade seminar contributions and papers, and mentor U.S. Marines enrolled in the ECDEP seminars. ECDEP Adjunct Faculty currently support two seminar programs - Sergeants School Seminar Program (SSSP, 5500) and SNCO Leadership School Seminar Program (SLSSP, 6800). Both programs are 15 weeks long and offered three times a year in onsite, online (synchronous) and online (asynchronous) formats. Mandatory Faculty Qualifications • 5500 - Sergeants School Seminar Program • Served as a staff sergeant or above. • PME complete for rank or grade. • 6800 - SNCO Leadership School Seminar Program • Served as a master sergeant/first sergeant or above. • Must be PME complete for rank or grade.
