Faculty will design and deliver courses, mentor students, and support academic excellence while participating in departmental activities and service opportunities. Key Responsibilities Student Instruction: Teach courses in alignment with course objectives and curricula.Assessment & Evaluation: Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and submit grades timely. Physical Therapy Academic Support: Provide counseling and remedial instruction as needed.Course Development: Update course outlines, materials, and syllabi in collaboration with department faculty.Teaching Strategies: Employ active learning, lecture, lab, and self-paced instruction methods.Faculty Collaboration: Participate in meetings, departmental activities, and scholarly projects.Compliance & Standards: Ensure teaching practices align with university policies and SCU Core Values.
