Adjunct Faculty - English Language Studies/Daytime We are seeking Adjunct Faculty to teach English Language Studies (English as a Second Language) in the daytime. Positions are expected to be available in the day on the Main Campus in Paterson. Examples of Duties:Teach assigned classes in accordance with the College's academic calendar and approved syllabi. Meet all scheduled class sessions. Maintain and report accurate student grade and attendance records using approved procedures and systems. Participate in assessment activities in support of the PCCC institutional effectiveness program. Utilize the appropriate technology, including Blackboard (the College's student learning platform), to fulfill teaching duties. Qualifications:Master's degree in ESL, TESOL, or Applied Linguistics required. Experience teaching academic ESL to diverse populations. Experience teaching adult learners preferably at a community college. The completion of a background check will be required for the selected candidate. Compensation: The pay for this position is $996 per credit taught.
