Job Description Indian River State College is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Adjunct Instructor to teach courses in American Sign Language. In this role, you will deliver engaging instruction, evaluate student learning, provide timely feedback, and foster an inclusive learning environment that supports student success. The ideal candidate combines strong subject matter expertise with a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to achieve their academic and professional goals. **This position is open only to candidates who reside in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Mississippi, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. ** Due to business and employment compliance requirements, we are unable to consider applicants who reside outside these states.
